TERMS OF BUSINESS & CANCELLATION POLICY Mandarin Beauty Training ·TUESDAY, April 30th, 2019. On becoming a client of Mandarin Beauty Training, you agree to abide by the cancellation policy and terms of business. All training prices are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without any prior notice. I do reserve the right to add on a surcharge where travel or other expenses may occur as a result of training at a venue more convenient to the client.

Payments may be made by cash, bank transfer or over the phone when circumstances permit. Payment in full is required to secure a place on a training course. A place is not secured or guaranteed until the course fee has been paid completely and in full. Please notify me when payment is sent. If the payment is not received by the agreed date, the course place or training date will be made available to other clients. Therefore, if you have not paid by the agreed date and still wish to attend or keep the course on the agreed date please check it is still available before sending payment. All course fees and dates are non-refundable & non-transferable, with the exception of illness of the booked student (a medical certificate is required to waiver the reschedule fee). A transfer fee of £50 will apply per course date to reschedule. Late arrival may result in refusal of entry to training & a rescheduling fee being applicable. Please ensure you allow ample time for travelling and arrive ten minutes before the course start time.

Once payment has been received and a booking secured all trainees will be expected to model for the treatment covered during the course, if required by the course. When booking on a course requiring a patch test it is the responsibility of the trainee to ensure they have patch test prior for the course.  Any patch test not attended may result in Mandarin Beauty Training refusing entrance to training.  This will result in the loss of the course payment, as the trainee with not be eligible for a refund. It will not always be possible to arrange a patch test. Therefore, if you have any concerns about your sensitivities, a possible allergy to any product or had any previous allergic reactions please make Mandarin Beauty Training aware prior to the course. In booking and paying for a course place you agree that I accept no responsibility for any possible adverse reactions to any treatments preformed during the course. All aftercare must be followed for any treatment obtained during the training course.

All Accredited Certificates will be sent in PDF format, via email within 48 hours of attending the course. If you require a printed copy of your certificate, please contact Mandarin Beauty Training. There will be a fee of £10 per certificate. There is a charge of £25 per certificate required to obtain a duplicate PDF copy of a certificate relating to a course attended more than 30 days ago.Contact details will be kept securely, please contact Mandarin Beauty if you would like your details to be deleted.
